Multi Skilled Operative
Job Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a multi-skilled operative to join as a valued member of our Property Maintenance team,
The role will involve tenancy changes, insurance work & refurbishments working within live clients houses throughout Pembrokeshire,
We are looking for conscientious and adaptable persons to join our ever expanding team,
Ability to work within a team or alone
Some training can be given but an experienced operative is preferred,
The role will include but is not limited to:
Basic Carpentry/ Plaster boarding
Decoration
Insulation
Basic wet trade work (laying aco drains, concreting, patching render)
Own driving license is essential
Rate of pay will be dependent on experience
22 days holiday per year plus bank holidays

Pay: 13.50-18.50 per hour
