The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced

Multi-Skilled Operative

to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be working in both

tenanted and untenanted social housing properties

, covering a wide range of maintenance and installation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

General property maintenance and refurbishment work 1st and 2nd fix plumbing Joinery (including door hanging, skirting, stud walls etc.) Tiling (walls and floors) Painting and decorating Patch plastering Wet room and bathroom installations Poly Floor laying Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations Liaising professionally with tenants, clients, and team members

Requirements:

CSCS Card (minimum requirement)

Proven experience in a similar multi-skilled role within the construction or maintenance sector Strong ability to work across multiple trades Good communication skills and a respectful attitude towards tenants Full UK driving license
