About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Trade Operative to join our team long term. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident all-rounder who can work independently as well as part of a team to deliver a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general maintenance and repair works across domestic and commercial properties Perform wall and ceiling repairs (plastering, patching, painting) Hang and adjust doors, including fitting locks and handles Carry out minor plumbing tasks such as toilet replacement, repairs, and basic pipework Undertake a variety of other trade tasks as required (basic carpentry, decorating, tiling, etc.) Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner Maintain a professional and courteous approach with clients and team members Follow health & safety guidelines at all times
Requirements:

Jobs are Essex and London so must be willing to travel from job to job

Proven experience in a variety of trades and property maintenance tasks Confident in carrying out minor plumbing repairs and installations Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent time management and communication skills Full UK driving licence Own tools (preferred) - Company van provided
