Multi-skilled Operative (Plumbing Experience Essential) - SUBCONTRACTING BASIS (FULL TIME)

Fix Developments is seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated multi-skilled operative with strong plumbing experience to join our growing team. This diverse and hands-on role involves carrying out a wide range of tasks across Hull and the surrounding areas, with a particular focus on plumbing maintenance, installations, and fault finding. You'll be working on both domestic and commercial projects - from day-to-day plumbing maintenance and repairs to full refurbishments and fit-outs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in plumbing, with the ability to confidently handle other general building or maintenance work as needed. The successful candidate will support our expanding portfolio of projects, ensuring all developments are maintained to the highest standards and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance to a high standard

Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and safely

Support other trades and general maintenance tasks when required

Work across residential and commercial sites within Hull and surrounding areas

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in plumbing (NVQ or equivalent qualification preferred)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Full UK driving licence and own tools (company van may be provided)
