Multi-skilled Operative (Plumbing Experience Essential) - Role is for a full time sub contractor

Fix Developments is seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated multi-skilled operative with strong plumbing experience to join our growing team. This diverse and hands-on role involves carrying out a wide range of tasks across Hull and the surrounding areas. You'll be working on commercial and domestic projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in plumbing, with the ability to confidently handle other general trades or maintenance work such as tiling, plastering and basic joinery as needed. The successful candidate will support our expanding portfolio of projects, ensuring all developments are maintained to the highest standards and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out 1st and 2nd fix installations, repairs, and maintenance to a high standard

Diagnose and resolve plumbing related issues efficiently and safely

Support other trades and general construction and maintenance tasks when required

Work across commercial and residential sites within Hull and surrounding areas

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in general plumbing works

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Full UK driving licence and own tools (company van may be provided)
