Multi Skilled Operative (Plumbing main trade)

The Package

The Role - Multi Skilled Operative

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Trade Operative with plumbing as their primary trade. The ideal candidate will also have a good working knowledge of additional trades such as carpentry and joinery; plastering; tiling; and general maintenance.

As part of the recruitment process, candidates will participate in a practical assessment designed to evaluate both their technical trade skills and their behavioural competencies relevant to the role. This will take place in a void property (an empty, unoccupied home) to simulate a real working environment.

City and Guilds/NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Plumbing OR substantial demonstrable experience Understanding of Health and Safety and Waste Management regulations Ability to work independently High standards of work Accurate record management Ability to communicate clearly A flexible approach to the requirements of the job Basic IT skills Full UK driving licence Basic Welsh language skills A basic DBS check is required for this role
