Multi-Skilled Tradesman (Void Properties)

Location: North West

Position: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Salary: To be confirmed

Due to expansion we are seeking proactive and skilled Multi-Skilled Tradesmen to join our team, specialising in working within void properties across the North West. As part of our dedicated workforce, you will be supplied with a company vehicle and will commute from home to various job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

? ?Undertake a variety of trades-related tasks on void properties, which may vary in size and requirements.

? ?Initially work as part of a team until you gain the confidence to work independently.

? ?Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

? ?Use a company PDA system to receive job assignments and upload information and pictures for every job completed.

Requirements:

? ?Proven experience in multiple trades.

? ?Full UK driving licence.

? ?Ability to work proactively and collaboratively within a team.

Pay: 34,000.00-38,000.00 per year
