Multi Skilled Operative

Thurrock

Full Time Permanent.

Salary up to \xc2\xa335,000 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card.

About the Role:

As an Multi Skilled Operative you will be working with Thurrock Borough council providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. A Multi Skilled with our Thurrock branch. You will be out supporting residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties, working from \xe2\x80\x98job\xe2\x80\x99 to \xe2\x80\x98job\xe2\x80\x99, on your planned route with a wide range of general repairs and maintenance task. You\xe2\x80\x99ll need plenty of previous experience and a positive \xe2\x80\x98can do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude to excel in this role, meeting new people and delivering high standards of work and service are key

Role Criteria:

• Core trade in Carpentry, with experience in Plumbing, tiling, Painting
• Team player
• Excellent customer service
• Trade qualifications or on the job experience
• Full UK driving license
• Worked within social and domestic housing
• FRA works
