The Position
We require
Multi Skilled Operatives
to work individually or as part of a team undertaking repair and modernisation works within our Disabled Adaptations division and our Empty Homes division for Social Housing and local authorities.
You are applying because you:
Have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent trade qualification for
Multi-skilled Operative
(or be prepared to work towards)
Can demonstrate substantial experience in similar roles
Have experience in showing your quality workmanship and consistent productivity in a variety of trade activities such as joinery, plastering, tiling, plumbing, door widening and finishing
Have excellent communication skills
Will maintain a clean and safe working environment
Take ownership of tasks and pride in your work and ability
Can show a strong awareness of Health and safety and environmental procedures
Hold a full Driving Licence
Hold a CSCS card (not essential as help can be provided with training and application process)
