Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, rotational shift pattern of 8am-4:30pm, 9am-5:30pm or 9:30am-6pm with 1 hour unpaid break
Work model: Fully onsite

Purpose of role
The role of Multi Skilled Operative is a key position in Williams Lea, this role manages the daily operational and administrative operations of the department including establishing work priorities, ordering stock, client facing responsibilities, first line audio/visual triage, Mail distribution, Reception cover, general administrative tasks.
Key responsibilitiesEnsure all deadlines are met and renegotiate those that are unachievable in a proactive fashion by liaising directly with the client.
To deal with any issues raised by escalating these to your line manager as and when required
To ensure that all logs, forms and work related administration are completed in an appropriate manner
Work tidy and safe at all times ensuring stock is stored in the appropriate storage areas
To escalate any potential operational or Health & Safety issues to your line manager.
Appraisals to be completed and returned in accordance with the instructions as given by your line manager
Health & Safety issues to be raised to a member of the management team or your representative in a prompt fashion
To promote the core aims and values of Williams Lea on site
To ensure that any training needs are requested in writing to your line manager.
Dealing with customer requests (Email, phone, in person & overseas)
Checking stock levels of paper, reprographic supplies, stationery cupboards & general supplies
Ordering stock, ad-hoc requests, printed matter, reprographic supplies, etc.
Delivering Ad-hoc requests
Filling stationery cupboards
Delivering files and dividers
Compiling information for the Managers Monthly Report (MMR)
Report all incidents, accidents and near misses
Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment
MAIL DUTIESProcessing inbound/outbound mail
Checking the in/out trays
Collecting/delivering twice delay runs to HQ
RECEPTION DUTIESAct as a point of contact, at the reception desk on Mondays and Fridays, and triage any incoming queries as follows:
Divert room booking queries to Reception or Reservations
Divert Facilities queries to the Office Operations helpdesk
Dealing with locker issues
Issuing and logging day passes
Notifying staff of any arriving visitors
Room checks at the start of shift and during to ensure rooms are tidy
Checking of kit in meeting rooms
Room set up of social space - moving the wall
Personal attributesGood working-knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Mail and stationery experience desirable
Ability to operate at all levels within the organisation
Confident and with a professional, business-like manner
Ability to work under pressure, maintaining accuracy and delivering against timescales
Team player, consistently in tune with the aims and objectives of the business
Excellent time management and Organisational skills
Ability to carry out delegated functions/tasks/projects
High level of confidentiality in management of staff
Able to meet deadlines and priorities tasks
An understanding of an employer's statutory and 'best practice' Health & Safety requirement
