What you will be doing:

Kitchen Work:

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, maintain a clean and organised kitchen area and ensure all transactions are handled efficiently. Putting smiles on faces come rain or shine Mastering our menu, from toasties to seasonal drinks and more. Pouring passion into perfect barista style drinks. Maintaining great customer service throughout your shift. Keeping the Kitchen clean, tidy and welcoming Provide exceptional service, take orders accurately, serve food and drink and attend to your guests cheerfully throughout their visit.

Hospitality Work:

Assist on the floor areas of the Play Centre and Children's Parties and ensure an exceptional experience for all guests. Reception/front desk work - meeting and greeting customers with a happy and cheerful manner, signing them in and directing them accordingly, being helpful and considerate at all times. Promote a friendly and welcoming environment at all times. Ensure that your area of work is adequately stocked. Keep your area of work and public areas clean and tidy before, during and after opening hours - adhering to Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines. Servicing Public Areas Including Toilets. Sanitising, Hoovering, Polishing & Moping, included in our end of day clean down and throughout the day where required. Emptying Bins & Litter Picking (Inside & Outside) Reporting any maintenance issues to senior members of the team. Complete necessary online training.
Any other task deemed reasonable by Team Leaders or Management.

Flexible: You would ideally be available to work various extra shifts, including weekends, and during key seasonal Events such as Christmas, Easter and Halloween. Punctual, reliable, with a neat appearance. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to handle difficult or conflict situations.

Pay: 12.60 per hour.
