We're looking for a skilled and reliable Multiskilled Engineer to join our team, delivering outstanding building maintenance services in a warm and welcoming environment.

This is a varied role where you'll carry out mechanical, electrical, and general building maintenance - from fault finding and repairs to small installations.

Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled, preventative, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, plumbing, fabric, and electrical systems in line with regulations and manufacturer guidelines
Diagnose, repair, and test faults using precision tools to ensure optimal system performance
Interpret technical diagrams and manuals to plan and carry out effective maintenance tasks
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies at all times
Take ownership and demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail in all work
Prioritise tasks effectively, manage time independently, and respond promptly to urgent requests
Maintain strong client and team relationships through clear communication and dependable service
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Ideally from a Facilities Management background, with experience delivering both PPMs and reactive maintenance
Strong mechanical mindset with proven practical skills
Possession of recognised mechanical qualifications or certifications preferred
Air Conditioning qualification (F-Gas or equivalent) is highly desirable
Previous Authorised Person (AP) status is advantageous
Ability to work independently across building systems and services
Proactive and safety-conscious, with a focus on compliance and quality of service
