About the Role:


We are seeking skilled and experienced Field Service Engineers (Property Maintenance) to join our dynamic team. You'll perform break/fix repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations on a variety of equipment. You may be based in, or around, Wellingborough but this is not essential as we provide UK coverage for our clients. We do operate an on-call service which you would be part of the team rota for.


You may be already employed as a Multi Trader, Field Service Engineer, Field Engineer, Field Service Technician or Maintenance Engineer.


What you'll be doing:


Perform routine maintenance and general repairs across residential and commercial properties throughout England.
Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, aiming for first-time resolutions.
Collaborate within a team environment to deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
Ensure compliance with service level agreements and maintain up-to-date call progress records via smartphone or tablet.
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Work a 47.5-hour week, with a 9.5-hour shift scheduled between 07:00 and 19:00.
Participate in an on-call rota from 17:00 to 07:00, with an additional 250 per week retainer (1 in 5 weeks).
