Multi-Skilled Operative - Property Maintenance & Renovation

We are currently looking for a Multi-Skilled Builder to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in property renovation and a versatile skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a variety of property renovation and maintenance tasks.

Brick and block work including repairs and new builds.

Plastering to a high standard.

Minor joinery tasks such as door hanging, skirting, and architraves.

Basic plumbing tasks (desirable but not essential).

Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally.

About You

Essential Experience & Requirements:

Proven experience in property renovation and maintenance.

Skilled in brick/block work and plastering.

Competent in minor joinery and basic plumbing.

Able to work across multiple trades with a flexible and proactive approach.

Good communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Manual

driving licence

PVG membership is required for this role. If not currently held, we will support your application through Disclosure Scotland.

Working Hours & Additional Info

Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
