We are looking for a

Multi-Skilled Tradesperson

to join our team on this project. This role is initially offered on a temporary basis and provides the opportunity to contribute to a high-profile build that will set a new benchmark in residential living.

A Multi-Skilled Tradesperson is a hands-on, adaptable professional with broad expertise across multiple trades. You will play an integral role in helping us deliver a modern, high-quality development with exceptional craftsmanship throughout.

Your Responsibilities

Carrying out a wide range of construction tasks across various trades, including joinery, bricklaying, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and general building. Producing high-quality work that aligns with the expectations of a luxury residential development. Interpreting project drawings, specifications, and on-site instructions accurately to ensure work is completed to plan. Preparing and organising the necessary tools, equipment, and materials to support efficient progress on-site. Completing installations, repairs, and construction activities in line with project timelines and requirements. Identifying issues as they emerge and applying practical, effective problem-solving methods. Ensuring all completed work is structurally sound, correctly aligned, and safe.

Health & Safety Responsibilities

Following all relevant health and safety regulations, procedures, and industry standards. Wearing and maintaining appropriate PPE and supporting safe working practices across the site. Working in a way that reduces risk and maintains a safe environment for all team members.

Professional Approach

Taking initiative when faced with challenges and contributing innovative, workable solutions. Adapting to changes in project requirements and adjusting working methods as needed. Maintaining a proactive, professional, and collaborative attitude on a busy, fast-paced site.
