B&W Builders have been operating for over 35 years in the industry. We cover all types of construction, refurbishment, renovation and reinstatement works. We work for many Local Authorities, Insurance Companies, Architects and Building Surveyors.

We have a rare opportunity for a full time Multi Skilled Tradesman to join a successful, professional company and assist in the future growth of the business.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of works across different trades. This role required excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with various tools and equipment.

Monday to Friday, no weekends.

42.5 hours per week to be worked between 7am-5pm.

Duties:

- Carrying out various aspects of general building works such as bricklaying, concreting, roofing, joinery, tiling, plumbing etc.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed within timeframes and to a high quality.

- Adhere to health and safety procedures and maintain a clean and organised work environment.

- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally.

Essential Requirements:

- Full Manual Driving Licence

- Previous experience in a variet of trades.

- Skilled in the use of various tools and equipment.

- Strong drive and motivation to deliver high quality work

- Ability to work independantly or as part of a team

- Attention to detail and precision in completing tasks

- Knowledge of health and safety procedures

- Effective communication skills
