Job Summary

We are seeking two multi-skilled and versatile Tradesmen to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of construction skills and experience, enabling them to perform various tasks across multiple trades. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

Perform construction tasks including but not limited to carpentry, tiling, plastering and masonry. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute projects accurately. Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction activities. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Complete jobs to a high standard, on time and with attention to detail Operate heavy equipment when required for specific tasks on construction sites. Collaborate with other tradesmen and contractors to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

Candidates should have experience in multiple areas of construction including:

Construction management and estimating Blueprint reading and schematic interpretation Heavy equipment operation Specific trade skills such as roofing, carpentry, caulking, hardscape installation, welding, concrete forming/finishing, and restoration. A background in various trades will be considered an asset for this position. Requirements

Candidates should have the following requirements:

Proven experience in multiple trades Ability to work from drawings, job sheets or verbal instructions Full UK driving licence is essential Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Speak, read and write in English to a level that ensures safe and accurate completion of work

Pay: 150.00-190.00 per day
