We're looking for a

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative

What You'll Be Doing

Carry out both

planned and reactive maintenance

across a range of properties and sites. Diagnose and

fault-find issues

quickly and effectively. Ensure

health and safety protocols

are always followed. Prepare

materials lists and labour time estimates

for jobs. Communicate clearly with the

management team

to keep projects on track.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong background in

joinery

and

basic plumbing

(non-gas related). Awareness of health and safety practices. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

Painting & decorating Groundworks Tiling Landscaping

Personal Qualities

Professional and polite with great communication skills. Problem solver who can think on their feet. Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-motivated. Calm under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
