for a skilled subcontractor.The Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced subcontractor who can confidently carry out a variety of construction and finishing tasks.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
Have
good plastering skills
Havegood joinery skills
Be able to completefirst and second fix
, includingkitchen installations
Have experience withbathrooms and tiling
(preferred) Possessbasic knowledge of general build work
(advantageous) Owntheir own van and tools
Be reliable, professional, and able to work independentlyWhat We Offer
150-200 per day
, depending on experienceFull-time, ongoing work
Work acrossBurnley, Accrington, and surrounding areas
