Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills and experience in various trades, including tiling, painting and decorating, plumbing, carpentry. This role requires a hands-on individual who is capable of working independently as well as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.

Must have extensive experience in bathroom refurbishments.

Company card will be supplied to buy materials on job.

MUST HAVE OWN TRANSIT SIZE VAN, daily van allowance given along side of wage.

ideally live close to Edinburgh as Most work will be in and around.

Responsibilities

Must be able to lay laminate/engineered timber flooring Must be able to replace timber sub floors such as T&G chipboard Must be able to execute bathroom refurbishments from start to finish to a high standard Must be able to tile to a high standard walls and floors Must be able to decorate (painting no papering) Must be able to leave properties clean and tidy to a high standard so tenants can move back in to a living standard and not have to clean up after tradesman Must be able to collaborate with other tradesmen and contractors to ensure project timelines are met Must have all relevant tools to complete all tasks listed above Must hold a full uk driving licence

Experience

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during projects. Ideally have done some insurance works in the past (preferred but not essential) Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 160.00-180.00 per day
