We are looking to recruit two experienced and versatile Multi-skilled Tradesmen to join our dynamic team covering Exeter and surrounding areas on a self-employed basis - immediate start available.

The ideal candidates will possess a broad range of skills in various trades, including elements of plumbing work, carpentry, masonry, decorating and general building maintenance. This role requires a hands-on approach to maintenance, repair, and construction tasks. The successful applicant will demonstrate proficiency in using both hand and power tools while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake maintenance and refurbishment tasks across multiple trades: basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating, masonry, and general building. Ensure all work is completed to high standards and in line with health and safety protocols. Work independently or within a small team, managing time and materials effectively. Respond to job requirements across void and tenanted properties. Maintain a professional approach while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Ability to problem solve and resolve issues as the arise Strong all-round skills in general property maintenance and repair. A reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude with attention to detail. A full UK driving licence. Own tools and transport A willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done.

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate of up to 18.50 per hour - dependant on experience and trade skills Regular and consistent work schedule (40 hours/week) Supportive team environment and the opportunity to move into an employed role if desired.
