Are you an experienced tradesman with proven skills in joinery, brickwork, tiling, plumbing, plus fault finding and general building work?

The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Tradesman at Watts & Co Construction, you will play a key part in transforming residential properties, specialising in domestic remodelling, extensions, conversions, and refurbishments across Leeds and surrounding areas.

Essential Skills & Experience

Joinery (minimum 2 years' experience) Brickwork Tiling Plumbing and bathroom fitting General building work Fault-finding Ability to read and follow technical drawings Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Desirable Skills

Kitchen fitting Roofing Gas fitting qualifications Experience of building extensions & loft conversions

Key Responsibilities

First and second fixes Adhere to legal, licensing and quality standards. Excellent communication skills Collaborate with project managers and other trades for seamless project delivery Maintain accurate documentation of work completed Follow all health & safety policies and maintain clean, organised work areas

Requirements

Valid UK driving licence Own van & tools preferred (allowances negotiable) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable commute to Leeds or willingness to relocate
