Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of facilities management-related skills, including carpentry, roof sealing, plumbing, painting, pump install and maintenance, air conditioning maintenance and electrical experience. Duties

Sump pump and booster set maintenance. Roof sealing and cleaning. Indoor wall and floor painting. Basic plumbing on systems. Air conditioning installs and maintenance. Assist with electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting where qualified.(training will be given) Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently across various projects. Fabricate custom components or structures as required for specific projects. Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timelines and standards. Wide variety of projects.

Skills

Experience in , roofing, plumbing, maintenance and electrical work. (Training provided) Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, saws, chisels, and screwdrivers. Competence in operating power tools including drills, grinders, and saws. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately. Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and quality workmanship. Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently on-site. Physical fitness to perform manual labour over extended periods in various weather conditions. Relevant certifications or qualifications in trades are advantageous but not mandatory; practical experience is highly valued.
