Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team. The successful candidate (s) will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of construction, maintenance, and repair tasks across various trades. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in multiple trades. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in using hand tools and power tools, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Perform carpentry tasks including framing, finishing, and repairs. Conduct roofing work such as installation, maintenance, and repairs to ensure structural integrity. Carry out construction painting to prepare surfaces and achieve desired finishes. Install and repair basic plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Execute masonry work including bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete pouring. Handle electrical tasks where applicable, adhering to safety regulations. Utilise hand tools and power tools efficiently for various construction activities. Joinery - doors, skirting, etc Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Experience

Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, electrical work or related trades. Demonstrable ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Experience in fabrication processes is highly desirable. Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This position is ideal for motivated tradespeople eager to apply their skills across diverse projects while maintaining high standards of safety and craftsmanship.
Immediate start. Owns tools an advantage and Vehicle an advantage. But not crucial for the ideal person.

Work across own property portfolio and to customer facing properties.
