We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of construction and maintenance projects, demonstrating expertise across multiple trades. Responsibilities

Carry out carpentry tasks, including framing, fitting, and finishing work Perform roofing repairs and installations with precision and safety awareness Undertake construction painting to meet project specifications and quality standards Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential or commercial settings Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing Operate welding equipment for fabrication and repair purposes Assist with electrical installations and maintenance where qualified Utilise hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete assigned tasks Fabricate custom components or structures as required for projects Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards

Requirements

Proven experience in one or more of the following trades: carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical work, or fabrication Proficiency in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to trade activities Strong organisational skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments Good physical fitness with the capacity to perform manual labour for extended periods Relevant certifications or qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory if extensive experience is demonstrated A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential depending on project requirements
