Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multiskilled Tradesman with a minimum of 7 years' proven experience across a range of trades. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works in residential, commercial, and/or industrial settings. This role requires a hands-on professional who can work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent craftsmanship and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide variety of trade tasks including carpentry, electrical , painting, tiling, plumbing (non-licensed), and minor electrical work. Interpret and work from drawings, plans, and specifications. Carry out fault finding and problem resolution with minimal supervision. Complete planned and reactive maintenance works to a high standard. Participate in renovation, fit-out, and refurbishment projects. Ensure that all work complies with current building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Maintain clear documentation of work performed, including materials used and time on site. Liaise with clients, supervisors, and other trades to deliver efficient service.
Required Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 7 years' experience in a multiskilled trades or maintenance role. Extensive hands-on experience in at least 3 or more core trades, such as carpentry, plumbing, painting/decorating, plastering, or tiling. Solid understanding of health and safety procedures and legislation. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Full [UK / local] driving licence. Own tools
