Multi trades person

Carry out a wide range of trade work including but not limited to: Carpentry and joinery Plastering and rendering Tiling and flooring Brick/block laying General maintenance and repair work Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks to a high standard Liaise with manager and clients to ensure job requirements are met Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Accurately record materials used and time spent on jobs
Requirements

Proven experience in multiple trades within the construction or building maintenance sector NVQ or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade (preferred) Ability to read construction drawings and plans (preferred) Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Full UK driving licence (essential) Own basic tools CSCS card (preferred)
