Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills across various trades, including but not limited to carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and masonry. This role requires a hands-on approach to maintenance, repair, and construction tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple trades, including wall and floor finishing and masonry works. Conduct painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic appeal of buildings and facilities. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with other tradespeople on larger projects to ensure timely completion. Maintain an organised work area and ensure tools and equipment are kept in good condition.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Tradesman or in a similar role across multiple trades. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment relevant to the trade. Skills in plastering, masonry are highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good physical fitness with the ability to handle manual labour tasks effectively. A valid driver's licence may be required for transportation between job sites.

Pay: 12,000.00-18,000.00 per year
