Sports Coach & Play Leaders - Part Time (Weekdays & Holiday Camps)
Location: Dorset- Wimborne, Merley, Poole and the surrounding areas

360 Dorset is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals with prior experience working with children in the school setting to come on board in our part-time roles.

What You'll Be Doing
Plan, organise and deliver a variety of fun, inclusive sports and activity sessions for individuals and groups of children both in the community and in school settings
Provide high-quality coaching that is structured, safe, and progressive.
Create a positive, energetic environment that promotes enjoyment and development.
Offer clear instructions, coaching points, and constructive feedback.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, schools, community groups, and partner organisations.
Promote physical activity, wellbeing, and healthy lifestyles.
Uphold our commitment to safeguarding, child protection, and high professional standards.
Work solo & with colleagues to deliver high quality sports & play childcare
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
Passionate about working with children and committed to raising standards for all.
A strong communicator with the ability to inspire, engage, and manage groups.
Experienced in PE or coaching, with a track record of delivering excellent sessions.
Confident in managing behaviour in both small and large group settings.
Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
A role model who leads by example and promotes inclusive participation.
Requirements
UK Driving Licence
- Required
Enhanced DBS Check
- Essential (Paid by the employee)
NGB Level 1 Coaching Qualification
(e.g. football, dodgeball, etc.) - Essential
Paediatric First Aid Certificate
- Required (Discounted fee for employee)
Level 2 Safeguarding
- Required (Discounted fee for employee)
Working Hours & Schedule
Part-time (term time) with optional overtime during the school holidays :
13-20 hours/week
Working hours:
Between 7:30am and 5:30pm, minimum 3 days per week (Mon-Fri)
School holidays:
Full days (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri) available during our Holiday Camps (Optional)
More hours may be available for the right candidate with career development

Do you have any sports coaching badges and/or experience working with children?
Do you have your First Aid Training + Safeguarding certificates?
Do you have an enhanced DBS? If not you will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check at the cost of 65.
The locations are based around Poole, Wimborne, Corfe Mullen etc. Are you willing to travel to these locations for the work required?
Are you able to work between the hours of 7.30-5.30 Monday-Friday? If not all 5 days, which days?- Minimum 3 days required
