Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and versatile

Multi-Trade Operatives

to join our growing team in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled tradespeople who can deliver high-quality work across a range of building disciplines, including carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting, and minor plumbing or electrical work.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out a wide variety of

building maintenance and refurbishment tasks

Perform

multi-trade work

such as: Carpentry (first and second fix) Plastering and patch repair Tiling (floor and wall) Painting and decorating Minor plumbing (e.g., fixing leaks, installing fixtures) Basic electrical works (e.g., replacing sockets, light fittings) Read and follow construction drawings or specifications Work independently or within a team to complete tasks to a high standard Ensure work is carried out safely and meets regulatory requirements Report progress and communicate effectively with site supervisors/project managers

Requirements

Minimum

3-5 years

of hands-on experience in multi-trade roles Competence in at least

2-3 core trades

(e.g. carpentry, plastering, tiling) NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in relevant trades (preferred but not essential)

Valid CSCS card (mandatory)

Own tools and reliable transport (preferred) Strong problem-solving and time-management skills Ability to work to deadlines and adapt to different site conditions

Salary & Benefits

Competitive hourly rate:

18 - 22/hour

Pay: 24,420.00-36,000.00 per year
