Role: Multi-trade Carpenter

Responsibilities:

Perform various repairs in commercial premises 1st and 2nd fix carpentry Install windows, doors, and door frames (internal and external) UPVC servicing and installation Inspect and diagnose faults and repairs Locksmithing, including lock snapping, drilling, and picking Roofing General maintenance tasks All types of fencing (posts, feather edge, chain link, panels) Kitchen fitting, building, and minor joinery Out-of-hours and lone working

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience Qualified to at least NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) Full-time role, minimum 40 hours per week Full and current driving licence with at least 2 years of driving experience Ability to drive and take home a company van Role subject to satisfactory licence check, essential qualifications check, and basic disclosure
