Job Summary

Goldin Construction is a trusted, SME company based in Brighton, specialising in commercial property maintenance and multi-trade services across the Southeast and London. Our work includes reactive and planned maintenance, refurbishments, repairs, and small-scale fitouts for a range of clients.

We are looking to expand our team with an experienced multi-Trader. The ideal candidate will be reliable, flexible, and comfortable working across various sites in London and the Southeast.

Must be willing to travel between sites.

Occasional night shifts required.

Self-employed candidates with vans and tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Carry out a variety of reactive and planned maintenance tasks across commercial properties. Complete repairs, refurbishments, and small fitouts to a high standard. Undertake multi-trade work such as carpentry, plumbing, tiling, decorating, or groundworks depending on preferred skills. Communicate effectively with clients and site managers to ensure smooth job delivery. Maintain accurate job records using company apps or reporting tools. Ensure all work meets health and safety standards and company quality expectations.

Experience

Proven experience in similar work. Competence in a range of additional trades (e.g., carpentry, tiling, decorating). Ability to use company portals, apps, or digital reporting tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Valid Uk Driving license.

Pay: 38,000.00-43,000.00 per year
