Multi Skilled Engineer - RAF Shawbury Project Team

28,000 - 34,000

Salary to be discussed depending on experience

40hrs per week basic

We are currently looking for Multi-Trade Engineer's to carry out maintenance repairs and work within a small project team delivering schemes and refurbishments on our MOD Sites

Your job will entail working in a diverse setting to deliver small to large schemes within our project team and carry out small maintenance jobs when required

Works will range from,

Accommodation Refurbishments

Kitchens

Bathrooms

Open Office Areas

The ideal candidate will need skills to carry out the following tasks and have good building knowledge as per the below,

Joinery/Carpentry - skirting/architraves/stud work Plumbing - minor plumbing repairs Tiling Flooring Groundworks Plastering - filing/patchwork Painting and Decorating
Multi-Trade experience (minimum 3 years)

Hands-on experience in similar job roles and environments

Understanding of various techniques and methods of installation within the building trade

Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)

Read technical documents and drawings

Excellent approach to health & safety following all guidelines required
