Duties

Carry out maintenance, repair, and installation work across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general building tasks. Assist with refurbishment projects, ensuring work is completed to high standards and within specified timeframes. Collaborate with team members and clients to understand project requirements and deliver quality results. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organised manner. Follow health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.

Qualifications

Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or general building maintenance. Relevant qualifications or certifications in one or more trades are desirable but not essential. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to different tasks. Good organisational skills with an eye for detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and clients.
