Multi-Trade Operatives

, kitchen and bathroom installations, and general repairs and maintenance. We're looking for individuals who can deliver high standards across a range of trades, with a particular focus on

plastering, painting, joinery, carpentry and plumbing

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

Reliable, punctual, and professional Able to work independently or as part of a team alongside other skilled trades Quality-focused with a strong work ethic Joinery, plastering and basic plumbing skills Eager to progress within a growing company

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out high-quality kitchen and bathroom installations Perform works within

void properties

, including full refurbishments and repairs Complete plastering, patching, painting, and general making-good tasks Assist with plumbing, basic electrical work, and other trades as needed Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service on all projects

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in kitchen and bathroom fitting Painting and plastering skills Experience in property refurbishments and finishing works Full UK driving licence CSCS card (essential) Strong communication and organisational skills Company van and tools provided 24 days paid holiday + bank holidays
