You will be required to complete a wide range of duties and responsibilities relating to reactive and planned property works.

We are looking for a candidate who:

Has a good amount of experience with building maintenance, construction and/or renovations Has experience on full residential renovations/refurbs Can problem-solve when issues arise, and propose alternative solutions for efficiency Communicate the required materials for repairs and works Organised with stock management Be able to travel in the Midlands territory Good verbal and written communication Customer-facing professionalism & punctuality

Duties including (but not limited):

Carpentry/Joinery 1st/2nd fix - Fitting doors, Kitchen, Floorboard etc. Electrics 1st/2nd fix - Full rewire, Installing sockets, lights Plumbing/Heating 1st/2nd fix - Plumbing Kitchens, bathrooms, radiators, to be connected to boiler Tiling - Full bathroom/kitchens Painting and decorating - Painting walls, ceilings, full buildings Installing upvc windows and doors Roofing (preferred) Landscape - slabbing, tarmac paving (preferred) Plastering - skimming walls, ceilings, patching Brickwork - brick/block + repointing

Candidate requirements:

Have a vehicle to drive to commute and drive to jobs whilst at work (Van preferred) MUST HAVE OWN TOOL Access to a mobile phone with camera and data during working hours for reporting purposes

Pay: 30,000.00-42,000.00 per year
