Jeff Way Construction are a full-service building and maintenance company. Established in 2014 we specialise in void refurbishments , Response repairs, & renovations for local authorities & housing associations.
The Role
We are looking for multi skilled operatives and we would like to hear from you if you are skilled in at least two of the below.
Plastering
Plumbing
Carpentry
Tilling
Roofing
Brickwork
The role will require you to;
Be able to work within a team or on their own.
Previous experience of using an electronic work management system App.
Have the ability use initiative and work safely whilst following the company health and safety policy.
Deliver excellent customer service and be able to interact and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients.
Have previous experience working for a similar company or have a background in construction industry, responsive maintenance, or social housing.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate: -
An ability to work in an organised and efficient way
Ability to work to deadlines
An ability to work in a team environment
A confident and outgoing personality
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work using their own initiative within guidelines.
An ability to work with people at all different levels and responsibilities.
Clean driving license
Hold a valid CSCS card
