Job Description
Are you a skilled multi- trade / builder looking for a varied and hands-on role? We are seeking a proactive individual to join our compliance team and carry out small repair works to social housing properties.
Job role:
Following on visits from our surveyors and cleaning teams we are looking for individuals to complete small remedial repair works to prevent the reoccurrence of mould and damp.
Key Tasks Include:
The role will include completing small scale works to council properties such as gutter clearances, minor plastering or decorating works and loft insulation works. Some carpentry skills would be preferable but not essential to the role.
About You:
Some previous experience in property maintenance is desirable though not essential Practical skills across the listed tasks Physically fit and comfortable with some working at heights Able to work both independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
Salary up to 30,000, dependent on experience Ongoing training and support, with additional training provided when required.
