Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and reliable

Multi Trader

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled across a variety of trades and able to deliver high-quality work in both occupied and void properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a range of trade works including carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating, tiling, plastering, and basic electrics. Diagnose, repair, and maintain domestic properties. Ensure all works are completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget. Follow health & safety regulations at all times. Provide excellent customer service when dealing with tenants and clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Multi Trader / Multi Skilled Operative. NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in a relevant trade (preferred, not essential). Good knowledge of health & safety practices. Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
