Aspark Group are looking for a
Multi Trade Operative
to start onBathroom
upgrade works located across the Midlands.Candidates who have worked in the
Social Housing Sector
are preferred as they will understand the opportunity that this role presents.The job would entail supporting with:
Ensure working area(s) are safe and in no danger prior to commencing work. Ensure relevant tools are taken into the property. Carry out general Plumbing Works, Joinery, Tiling, Painting & Plastering. Keep job records for materials required and used. Also for work activities completed. Work to drawings / specifications provided.
About You:
Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
Blue - Skilled Worker.
NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in Joinery or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience. Proven experience in job requirements. Able to work under pressure. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in the trade. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Flexible with working times. Driving Licence required.
Both employed and self-employed positions available.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 900.00-1,250.00 per week
