Multi-Skilled Tradesperson

, you will be expected to:

Undertake a wide variety of construction tasks across multiple trades, including carpentry/joinery, plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating and more. Apply your skills and experience to deliver work efficiently and to a consistently high standard of quality. Interpret and follow project plans, specifications, and instructions to ensure accurate execution. Assess the materials, tools, and equipment required for each task. Organise and prepare resources to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery. Carry out repairs and installations of components, fixtures, and systems in line with project requirements. Identify and resolve issues as they arise, using effective problem-solving techniques. Guarantee the functionality, alignment, and safety of all completed work. Comply with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices at all times. Wear and maintain appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and promote its proper use among colleagues. Follow established safety procedures to minimise risks and maintain a secure working environment. Analyse and overcome challenges encountered on-site, developing practical and innovative solutions. Adapt flexibly to evolving project requirements and adjust working methods accordingly.
