Teddington, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

Who we're looking for

We're looking for a Multi Trade Operative who has a particular focus on flooring to carry out reactive and planned works in our customers' homes.

You'll be completing installations, repairs and maintenance work. You will work with a variety of flooring types within social housing properties, including vinyl, self-levelling, cushion/carpet, laminate, floor tile and wooden and all associated sub-floor repairs. Doing your job brilliantly means completing your work to the highest level, first time, and making sure we always work in accordance with rules, regulations and our contract. You'll also keep and maintain records for audit purposes, work collaboratively with other teams, and make sure we're always working safely.

Your experience in a similar role will mean you're able to make a difference to our customers repairs straight away. By always understanding you're working in a customer's home and taking the time to listen, understand and identify the best way forward, you'll help us to deliver the highest level of customer service and keep our homes safe.
