The Opportunity

We are currently looking for experienced and motivated

Skilled Multi-Trade Operatives

to join our team, delivering both

reactive and planned maintenance

services in

tenanted and void properties

within the

Richmond area

. This is a hands-on, varied role that requires efficiency, accuracy, and a strong focus on customer service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Undertake a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades Carry out works in tenanted and void properties as part of planned refurbishments and urgent repairs Install and fit kitchens and bathrooms Conduct painting and decorating tasks, including damp and mould treatment Perform patch plastering and full plastering where required Basic plumbing repairs and installations Floor and wall tiling 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, including stud walls, skirting, architraves, doors, flooring, and general carpentry Replace locks, handles, and other door/window ironmongery Read and interpret basic drawings or work instructions Work independently and complete multiple jobs per day as directed by the scheduling team Ensure all work meets required safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For

NVQ or equivalent trade qualifications (minimum of 2 trades preferred) Proven experience working in domestic properties, ideally in a social housing environment Strong background in at least

Plastering

,

Painting & Decorating

, and

one other core trade

Reliable, self-motivated, and well-organised Good communication skills and a keen eye for detail Full UK driving licence Willingness to undergo a

DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
