We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative with a proven track record. This is a mobile role, travelling to domestic and commercial properties in London and the Southeast.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of skilled trades tasks including carpentry, decorating, plumbing and general maintenance.
Conduct repairs and installations and maintain accurate records of all tasks performed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
Strong problem-solving skills to assess issues and determine effective solutions.
Core trade of either plumbing or carpentry.
Clean driving licence.
At least 2 years' experience in multiple trades.
Knowledge of safety procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 28,000.00-36,000.00 per year
