Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively within a team environment while also being able to take initiative when necessary.

Duties

Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all materials and resources are readily available. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role. Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with restocking as needed. Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by fostering open communication and teamwork.

Experience

Previous experience in a multi trade role essential. Must be able to carry out. - Carpentry- Painting - Plumbing - Tiling - Roofing - Bathroom & Kitchen repairs. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for effective interaction with customers. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping are advantageous.
