With rapid expansion we are looking to add to the team a Multi-Trade Operative based in Central Scotland.

What we are looking for:

Directly employed individuals for full-time positions. Subcontract labour, including one-man bands or small companies, to help deliver our growing pipeline of projects.

General Requirements for All Roles

Proven experience in your trade (minimum 3 years preferred). Ability to work efficiently and deliver exceptional results under tight programmes. Strong attention to detail and pride in your work. A driving license (preferred).
Responsibilities

Perform a variety of refurbishment tasks across multiple trades (Joinery, Tiling, Decoration) Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to schedules. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 16.50-19.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
