Job Overview

We are seeking an

experienced Plumbing Multi Trade Operative

to join our maintenance team, covering properties across

South London

(Lewisham, Bromley, Wandsworth, and Lambeth). The successful candidate will carry out plumbing-related maintenance, repairs, and associated multi-trade tasks, ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.

Working Hours

08:00 - 16:00

Key Responsibilities

Undertake plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations across residential and commercial properties. Carry out additional multi-trade duties such as basic carpentry, tiling, or decorating when required. Diagnose and resolve repair issues efficiently and professionally. Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to company standards. Maintain accurate job records using company systems. Adhere to all health and safety procedures and site regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Plumbing Multi Trade Operative

or in a similar maintenance role. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification/experience). Strong knowledge of general maintenance and building repairs.

Own tools - must provide your own tools.

Full UK Driving Licence - mandatory.

Enhanced DBS on Update Service - mandatory.

Van provided

by the company for work use. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
