We're on the lookout for a

Multi-Trade Operative

to become part of our growing, hands-on team. If you're someone who loves variety, isn't afraid to get stuck in, and is eager to learn new skills from experienced tradespeople, we want to hear from you!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career, looking to build a strong foundation across multiple trades, or a skilled all-rounder who enjoys working across diverse projects.

What We Do:

You'll be working across a wide range of projects, in Portsmouth & the surrounding areas including:

Reactive Maintenance

- Fixing roof leaks, decorating, brickwork, carpentry, plumbing, electrics -- in commercial & domestic settings.

Domestic Refurbishments

- From new kitchens and bathrooms to full-house redecorations, flooring, & landscaping.

Major Projects

- House extensions, listed building conservation work, groundwork, concrete pads, garden cabins, landscaping and commercial refurbishments.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Punctual and reliable Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. Able to work independently and as part of a team In possession of their own van and full driving licence Willing to travel occasionally
