We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of skills and experience in various trades, enabling them to perform a variety of tasks efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining the quality and functionality of our facilities, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Duties

Carry out general maintenance and repairs across various facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. Install, maintain, and repair fixtures and fittings as required. Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to complete projects in a timely manner. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring they are safe to use. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used. Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times while on site.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Tradesman or in a similar role across multiple trades. Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in maintenance. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labour. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. A valid driver's licence is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant certifications or qualifications in specific trades would be advantageous but not essential.
