. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals looking for consistent work on well-structured void contract.Key Responsibilities
Kitchen and bathroom replacements in void properties General void works, including: Door replacements Skirting and architrave fitting Flooring Tiling Patch plastering Decorating and finishing work Liaising with supervisors and other trades (e.g., electricians, flooring specialists) to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements
Minimum
2 years' experience
inplumbing
andcarpentry
Must hold a validCSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card
Proven ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results Own tools and transport Good communication and time management skills CIS RegisteredWhat We Offer
